Questions
Good to know
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly memberships are month to month and renew until you cancel. Paid-in-full plans and passes are a single payment.
Are there any joining fees?
Gold has a one-time $10 joining fee. Couples, Trio and Squad have a one-time $15 joining fee. Platinum has no joining fee: the $10 activation and $30 maintenance fees are waived.
Can I use both locations?
Yes. Gold, Platinum and group memberships work at Lee Trevino (10934 Montana Ave) and Far East (12821 Montana Ave).
How does 24/7 access work?
After you join, download the IronGrind True Fitness app, accept the waiver and add your photo. Kisi then emails you a phone key that opens the door any time. Steam rooms, the outdoor area and the juice bar may be closed outside staffed hours.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Gold includes 4 free guest day passes a month. Platinum includes unlimited guest day passes, one guest per visit. Guest passes are used during staffed hours; ask at the front desk.
Do you accept insurance fitness plans?
Yes. We accept Active&Fit, Tivity and Silver&Fit. Bring your plan details to the front desk. See insurance plans.
