ACCESS RULES
• 24 hour access is for Platinum, Gold, & Paid-In-Full Members only.
• No guests, day passes, insurance-plan members, or low-tier access plans
• Free guest passes only valid during staff hours.
• Scan in every time – no tailgating. Wait for door to be closed, and monitor turn green for you to scan.
• Access is monitored. Do not share your bar code or app login

SAFETY & SECURITY
• Surveillance is ACTIVE 24/7
• In case of emergency: Dial 911 or (915) 262-1497
• Report issues to management ASAP to info@irongrindtruefitness.com or (915) 262-1497
• No loitering, sleeping, or unauthorized filming
• Outdoor area, steam rooms & juice bar are closed.

RESPECT THE GRIND
• Wipe down all equipment
• Re-rack your weights
• Clean the powder chalk after using equipment
• Return borrowed gear

VIOLATIONS = CONSEQUENCES
• 1st offense – $20 fee
• 2nd offense – $55 fee
• 3rd offense – Membership terminated

Do you offer free trials?

Unfortunately we don't, but we offer passes.

How can I cancel my membership?

As a no-contract, no-commitment gym, IronGrind True Fitness makes cancelling your membership straightforward. Simply provide notice as required, and you'll incur a cancellation fee equivalent to your current membership rate. Our flexible approach ensures you can easily manage your membership on your terms.

How long are day passes good for?

Our day passes are valid for the term of days chosen, beginning from the date of purchase. Enjoy full access to our facilities for the duration specified on your pass.

Is filming allowed in the facility?

Yes, filming is allowed! Please ensure that your filming is respectful of others' space and does not obstruct walkways or emergency exits. If you need additional equipment like lighting or stands, please contact a manager to arrange an appointment.

Is this your only location?

Unfortunately, yes, this is our only location for now. But with your continued support, we hope to expand and bring more IronGrind gyms to other areas in the future!
